Inspired by Monet

Claude Monet's love for flowers was deeply intertwined with his passion for nature and his exploration of light and color. His carefully cultivated garden at Giverny served as both a sanctuary and a source of endless inspiration, where he could study the effects of sunlight on blooming flowers. Monet's fascination with the vibrant colors and delicate forms of flowers allowed him to experiment with his Impressionist techniques, capturing the beauty and transience of life. This connection to nature and his artistic vision is vividly expressed in works like *Women in the Garden*, where he celebrated the harmonious relationship between humanity and the natural world.

About Painting by Monet.

Claude Monet was a French late 19th century artist who was one of the most prolific practitioners of the Impressionist art movement. In 1866 Monet produced ‘Women in the Garden’ a large canvas painted outdoors which depicts the garden of a property he was renting and his future wife posing as the figures. The painting was rejected by the Paris Salon art exhibition, troubled by his heavy use of brushstrokes, a style which would become one of the hallmarks of Impressionism. Today his work makes remarcable impression and highly valued.
